Position: Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
Apply using the form below.Green Mountain Physical Therapy is a clinician-owned outpatient practice based in downtown Bellingham. We’re a small team specializing in orthopedic care, sports rehab, pelvic health, and peri/menopause support, with an emphasis on thoughtful, one-on-one care and taking the time to do things the right way.
Our goal is simple: to help people get back to doing what they care about. We support that through 45-60 minute one-on-one appointments and a more individualized approach to care. Our work includes orthopedics, return-to-sport testing, concussion rehab, pelvic health, peri/menopause care, and longevity-focused treatment.
We’re proud to be part of the Bellingham community and to intentionally stay involved,
supporting local events like the Noisy Waters Mural Festival. We’ve also been recognized as Cascade’s Best Gold Winner for 2024 and 2025.
As we continue to grow, we’re looking to add a Physical Therapist Assistant to the team, ideally working 35 to 40 hours per week.
